I am Matthew Layden, a PHP & Django (Python web framework) developer, based just outside Norwich in Norfolk – UK. I have been working as a web developer full time since December 2004. I have been learning and developing with PHP, originally ASP, for much longer.
Nowadays, everyone needs to know a Javascript framework. I am a mootools fan.
A few sites I have built are listed under the Links. This doesn’t include any of the sites I have worked on either as a team or individually as part of my full time job.
Why am I using Word Press? Well, working full time & working on other sites in my spare time, doesn’t give me much time to spend on my own personal sites, this being one of them. I will be re-writing the system I made for djangorocks.com in the “near” future, which will at some point be put on here and maybe released publicly.
